Lightly scattered snow showers will continue for Friday with a mix of clouds and sunshine. We have two more rounds of snow moving in over the next couple of days. The next round of snow arrives Friday evening into Saturday. With the Friday night storm, we can look forward to another 1-2″ of new snowfall. Another storm is set to move in late Sunday and Monday that has the potential to produce quite a bit more snow. Friday, A 50% chance of snow. Mostly cloudy with some snow showers and some partial clearing expected later in the day. Highs near 34°. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. Tonight, mostly cloudy with some snow expected. Light accumulations around an inch are possible and a bit more into the mountains. Lows near 20°. Colder in some of the mountain valleys. Saturday, mainly cloudy again with a 40% chance at snow. Light snowfall accumulations. Highs into the upper 20’s for the Snake River Plain. Sunday, overcast with a few snow showers throughout the day before a more significant band of snow works in during the evening and overnight hours. Highs staying steady into the low 30’s. Chance of snow 60%.
