Idaho Falls woman arrested for car theft

Idaho Falls Police arrested Samantha L. Carr, 26, after she stole a truck from the Sam’s Club parking lot Monday afternoon. Police were called to the store at 3:50 p.m. for report of a stolen 2009 Ford truck. Witnesses said the truck was taken by an unknown female. According to reports, the vehicle was located later on Holmes. Police stopped the vehicle in the Home Depot parking lot. Witnesses identified Carr as the person who took the truck.
