Downtown Idaho Falls Farmers Market to relocate

After years of being in held in the Key Bank parking lot of downtown Idaho Falls, the downtown Farmers Market is moving locations.

The city of Idaho Falls says the Farmers Market will be held across the street on Memorial Drive in 2017. One of the reasons for the change is safety.

“If you watch how it works now you have people either parking at the library and trying to run across, or run across Broadway,” said Brad Cramer, Community Development Services Director.

Cramer says another reason for the relocation is because of downtown construction.

The Farmers Market is held every Saturday, April through October.
