Search continues for missing Blackfoot woman at Rose Pond

The search is continuing Saturday for a missing Blackfoot woman. Kelly Haney, 37, was last seen Thursday night around the Rose Pond area in Blackfoot.

Since then, the Bingham County Sheriff’s Office, search and rescue crews and numerous volunteers have been searching ground and water to find her.

Saturday, cadaver dogs were brought in on the boats to try and find something. Divers also scoured the pond looking for Haney. The ground search also continued Saturday with people searching on foot, on four-wheeler, or on horseback. Still no trace of Haney has been found since her truck, phone and keys were discovered near the pond Thursday night.

Bingham County Sheriff Craig Rowland said crews will again resume the search around 7:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
