Utah man connected to homicide arrested in American Falls

The Box Elder County Sherriff’s Office in Utah had been seeking Blair following the death of 27-year-old Cody D. Henderson.

Authorities say his body was found Wednesday in the garage of a home in Willard in northern Utah. Police have released few details.

Blair was being held in the Power County Jail. The county’s prosecuting attorney didn’t immediately return a call from The Associated Press.

ORIGINAL STORY:

The Power County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Brigham City, Utah man Chay Blair in American Falls on State Highway 39 near mile marker 6 Wednesday.

Blair was arrested in relation to a homicide that occurred in Utah early Wednesday.

Sheriff’s deputies and police pursued Blair through American Falls, and he was later apprehended after his vehicle was spiked by the American Falls City Police.

Blair is being held in the Power County Jail on a charge of Felony Eluding Officers.

Power County is currently working with the Sheriff’s Office in Box Elder County, Utah.
