Minor injury crash on US 26

Idaho State Police responded to a crash on US 26 at mile marker 347 east of Idaho Falls around 10:12 a.m. Friday.

ISP reports 18-year-old Devin Newman of Idaho Falls was driving eastbound US 26 in a 2004
Nissan Sentra when he drove off the left shoulder and collided with a manure spreader.

Officials said Newman was transported to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.

Newman was not wearing a seatbelt police report.

The crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
