Pocatello/Chubbuck School District No. 25 will receive a 1996 ambulance for its First Responder Program on Nov. 28, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at Pocatello High School.

The district said the ambulance is in good working condition and will provide an opportunity to simulate treating injured patients in a realistic environment.

With the education and skills acquired upon course completion, students will be able to obtain a nationally recognized Basic EMT certification which will allow them to affiliate with a licensed Idaho EMS Agency.

The donation is made possible by the Bannock County Ambulance District and the Bannock County Commissioners.
