Community member found 11-year-old at Walmart
UPDATE 10:00 a.m.: Idaho Falls Police reports Andrew Martin has been found.
A community member who received the Code Red alert located Andrew at Walmart and called the Idaho Falls Police Department.

Idaho Falls Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating a 11-year-old boy who was last seen around 7 a.m. Monday.
IFPD said his name is Andrew, and he did not arrive at Falls Valley Elementary School this morning as expected. He was last seen around 7 a.m walking from Croft Street to Falls Valley Elementary School.
He has sandy blonde hair, is four feet tall and 130 pounds.
Official said he was wearing a blue and black checkered jacket, gray sweatpants and either a green or white t-shirt.
