Isolated Thunderstorms and Haze for Thursday

TODAY: Isolated thunderstorms will be found in the afternoon today after a sunny morning.  Most of the thunderstorms will look to be around central ID, SE Idaho, and western WY, but stray showers can still get into the valleys.  Winds will be slightly breezy between 10-20 mph.  Gusts can be up to 40 or 50 mph though underneath these storms.  High temperatures stay consistent in the upper 80's to mid 90's.

TOMORROW: Isolated thunderstorms continue in the mountains of central ID, SE Idaho, and western WY for Friday afternoon.  Stray showers are still very possible for the valleys.  Winds continue to be a little breezy between 10-20 mph.  High temperatures remain in the upper 80's and lower 90's.

LONG TERM: Dry weather comes back for the weekend on Saturday and Sunday.  Stray rain showers can be found back on Monday for central ID before the entire region looks to get isolated rain showers and thunderstorms for Tuesday.  Dry weather follows into Wednesday and Thursday of next week.  Winds stay a little breezy until they become very breezy on Monday and Tuesday with winds expected between 20-30 mph.  High temperatures look to slightly increase this weekend into the 90's for everyone by Sunday before cooling down to the 80's on Tuesday.

RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 9 PM MD THIS EVENING for Lincoln and Teton counties in western WY.

AIR QUALITY ADVISORY FROM THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY FOR Lemhi County until 3pm Friday.
