Very cold Friday morning, snow this weekend

Very cold temperatures and wind chills for Friday morning. A Wind Chill Warning has been issued for the Upper Snake River Plain and the Arco Desert. Expect wind chills to range from 20 to 30 below zero.
Another Pacific system moves in from the northwest this weekend. We’ll see periods of snow Saturday through Monday, along with some gusty winds.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 0° to -5°. Wind chill values as low as -15 to -30 with a Wind Chill Warning in place. North wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Friday: Cold and sunny with highs in the low to mid 20’s.

Saturday: A 60 percent chance of snow. Cloudy, with a high into the upper 20’s.

Sunday: A 60 percent chance of snow. Cloudy, with a high into the upper 20’s.

Monday: Snow showers with highs into the lower 30’s.
