Pinewood Derby contest

Assembly of God youth organizations, the Royan Ranger, hosted their annual pinewood derby.

The Pinewood Derby is an event the church has held over forty years. it was originally an event for the royal ranger boys but throughout the years they have opened the race to the public.

They had over sixty cars enter their race. with the help of over thirty local vendors, it was a day full of fun for these competitors.

Tom Johnson, Royan Ranger Commander said, “We just enjoy it so much we have a great time with the boys and the open classes and we really appreciate all the of our sponsors that donated prizes.”

The Royal Rangers host the event every March, so if you missed this year’s race you will have a chance to make next year.
