Pocatello Woman Arrested Twice In Two Days
A Pocatello woman is in jail after two separate arrests over the weekend.
Kathleen Hudson, 22, was first arrested on Friday night at K & B Kwik Stop on Hawthorne. A bystander called police saying Hudson appeared intoxicated and expressed worry about the two children with her.
Police said they found Hudson impaired and arrested her. They sent the 6-year-old and 16-day-old children with her to protective services. She now faces injury to child charges.
Then, after getting out of jail, police said Hudson stole two credit cards from a friend’s wallet and tried to use them at Walmart on Saturday.
Employees were suspicious of her and called police. They found several other fraudulent charges on the card. Hudson was arrested again, this time on charges of grand theft.
