Police: Man had more than 13 grams of meth in car

Idaho Falls police arrested a Wyoming man early Monday on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Police pulled over Layne Albert Fluckiger, 40, of Afton, at about 1:30 a.m. on Quincy. The department said officers had probable cause to search his truck during the traffic stop. They said he had drug paraphernalia, marijuana, 13.58 grams of methamphetamine and two loaded concealed guns.

Fluckiger was cited for driving without privileges and possessing a concealed weapon without a license.

He was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
