Pocatello man accused of lewd conduct with minor

A 43-year-old Pocatello man is being held on charges of lewd conduct with a minor child.
Pocatello police said a 15-year-old girl told a counselor about a series of incidents involving Andrew Charles Frailey over the past five years. The last alleged incident happened four months ago.

When police questioned Frailey, he admitted to the conduct, said Lt. Paul Manning. Frailey is being held in the Bannock County Jail pending court appearances.
