Second robbery suspect arrested
Pocatello Police have captured a second suspect in connection with a robbery at an apartment house Sunday. A surveillance effort located 23 year old Chase Mitchell at a house in the 11 hundred block of South 5th Thursday afternoon.
Police said Mitchell later confessed to his involvement in the crime in the 500 block of Wes
t Clark Sunday afternoon and was charged with robbery.
Police arrested 23 year old Shawn Eugene Day Sunday night. A third suspect is still at large.
Three suspects entered the apartment and demanded money and the cell phones of three victims inside the apartment. One of the victims was struck on the head with a hand gun. The victim was not seriously hurt.
