Warden shuffle sends new administrator to St. Anthony Work Camp

As part of what it’s calling a “warden shuffle” the Idaho Department of Correction has announced that St. Anthony Work Camp Warden Steve Little will become the new warden at South Idaho Correctional Institution in Kuna.

Little replaces Terry Kirkham, who has been named deputy chief of Probation and Parole.

Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center Warden Jim Woolf will succeed Little at the St. Anthony Work Camp. Woolf is a southeastern Idaho native who started with the Idaho Department of Correction in 1990. He has served as a correctional officer, corporal, sergeant, lieutenant, warden and deputy chief.

Woolf is also a graduate of the Certified Public Manager’s program and is considered one of the state’s experts on Special Projects.

IDOC announced last week that Nancy Espeseth will be the new warden for the Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center.
