Police: Teens rob restaurant

Two teens robbed 5 Buck Pizza on Broadway in Idaho Falls on Wednesday night, police said.

A store employee said two males entered the business and demanded money. One said he had a gun and placed his hand inside his jacket. No gun was displayed. The subjects left with an undisclosed amount of money from the store. The employee chased the subjects to the 400 block of South Skyline, where he lost sight of them.

Officers checked the area and found a 15-year-old boy matching the description of one of the suspects in the 400 block of Skyline. The employee identified him as one of the robbers. A 16-year-old boy matching the description of the second suspect was stopped by a Bonneville County Deputy in the 1500 block of Broadway.

Probable cause was developed during the investigation to arrest both males for the robbery at 5 Buck Pizza. Both were taken to the 3B Detention Center.
