Students in Idaho Falls perform “Hello Dolly”

Students in Idaho Falls School District 91 premiered this year’s musical, “Hello Dolly” Wednesday afternoon.

Students said the district’s yearly musical has become a tradition of sorts and it’s all hands on deck for each performance.

Students prepare everything themselves from the singing, dancing, lighting and music. Even the tech crew is comprised of kids.

At the beginning of each school year, roles are assigned and the students say it takes months to get everything put together seamlessly.

“I really love Hello Dolly. I think we all have our own favorite little parts, but just being on stage and performing…that’s what we’re all looking forward to,” said Mary Caraway, actress.

If you would like to see the kids perform their rendition of “Hello Dolly,” you can catch them at Eagle Rock Middle School this Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
