Fire damages outside of Rigby home
A local family is safe after a fast-moving fire destroyed the outside of its home.
It happened after 10:30 p.m. Saturday near 4000 East and County Line Road in Rigby.
The Jefferson Central Fire District said 11 fire trucks helped battle the blaze. Most of the damage was to the outside of the house.
Fire crews said the family reported the fire after smelling smoke. Investigators are still trying to find a cause.
