Man arrested after police find teen runaway in home

A domestic disturbance call landed an Idaho Falls man behind bars on a charge of sexual battery of a minor.

Idaho Falls police went to the 300 block of North Higbee on Monday night.

Investigators arrested 23-year-old Francisco Javier Zaragoza-Gonzalez when they determined he was having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old runaway girl from California who was living at the home.

Police said there was no domestic disturbance.

The girl was taken into custody for her return to California.

Gonzalez was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
