Idaho, Wyoming authorities look for missing man
Authorities in two states are looking for a missing man.
Philip Lee Gibson, 23, was last seen in the Casper, Wyo. He is a white male, 5-foot-8, about 145 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair.
According to a news release from the Caribou County sheriff, Gibson is driving a black 2003 GMC crew cab pickup with various chrome accessories. The truck bears the Idaho registration 3C2975T.
The sheriff’s office did not release further information on Gibson’s disappearance.
