2 arrested in Blackfoot robbery
Two would-be crooks were arrested in Blackfoot on Monday night, police said.
Police Capt. Scott Gay said two people with faces covered entered Video Jalisco on Parkway and demanded money around 9 p.m. They were chased out of the store by the clerk and left empty-handed.
Police immediately picked up both suspects within a block of the store.
Jose Lopez-Sotello and Cristobal Aguirre, both 18 and of Blackfoot, were arrested on charges of attempted robbery. They were booked into the Bingham County Jail.
