Career on Wheels helping kids find their way

Sixth-graders got the chance to be exposed to different careers and jobs.

Bonneville School District 93 counselors hosted Career on Wheels day.

Each year the counselors invite different businesses and agencies to expose students to many different careers.

However, there is an emphasis on education.

“This day is an important day for our sixth-graders, where they get to come and learn from the professionals themselves. They get to ask them questions and the professionals can tell them what education they need in order to be successful in that career. It makes education relevant to future careers,” says Sarah Childers, counselor for Bonneville School District 93
