Potandon celebrates 20th anniversary
Potandon (Po-tan-don) produce is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The Idaho Falls based company is the largest marketer for fresh potatoes and onions in North America.
It’s an Idaho success story as the company first started with only 15 employees in 1995. Since then they’ve grown to around 120 employees today.
“We built our company on some very relevant pillars,” said Co-Chief Operating Officer, Mel Davenport. “The last 20 years have been exciting, and watching the growth and development of the company is thrilling.”
Davenport says the company is still growing, and he hopes to keep the momentum going on the same strengths that it was founded on.
