Department of Environmental Quality ends air quality advisory
Due to improving air quality conditions, the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is lifting the Air Quality Forecast and Caution for specific counties in south central and southeast Idaho.
The following counties are still under advisory are: Ada, Adams, Benewah, Boise, Bonner, Boundary, Canyon, Clearwater, Elmore, Gem, Idaho, Kootenai, Latah, Lemhi, Lewis, Nez Perce, Owyhee, Payette, Shoshone, Valley and Washington.
The burn ban has also been lifted for southeastern Idaho.
