Limits on fish removed at Jensen Grove Park pond

It’s the time of year again where the water at Jensen Grove Park pond begins to slowly drain out.

However before the water is all gone the Idaho Department of Fish and Game wants to get rid of all the fish stocked in the pond.

The fish at Jensen Grove’s pond will not survive when water levels become unsuitable.Therefore, Fish and Game is issuing a salvage order for the Jensen Grove Park pond effective August 25, 2015, through January 1, 2016.

During that period all bag, possession, size, and number limits are lifted. You will still need a valid fishing license, and fishing by unconventional means such as explosives, guns, or electrical shocking is not allowed.
