Suspects in kidnapping case pleaded not guilty

Four of the five suspects in a recent kidnapping case have all pleaded not guilty at an arraignment hearing held Wednesday morning.

Devin Crawford, Alvaro Oseguera, Ivan Sandoval and Sarah Oden all pleaded not guilty to the kidnapping of Brandon Bykonen along with other charges brought forth by the state of Idaho.

An arraignment was held this morning at the Bonneville County Courthouse.

Judge Pickett addressed each of the defendants on separate charges, which included aggravated battery, felony kidnapping in the first degree and drug possession.

If found guilty of kidnapping the four defendants could face up to life in prison and a $50,000 fine.

A pre-trial is set to begin on Nov. 18.

The fifth suspect in the case, Faustino Anaya will have an arraignment hearing for the same charges on October 2nd.
