Sheriff’s office seeks help to identify suspect in KMart burglary

The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in obtaining more information about the theft of prescription drugs from the Ammon Kmart store early Tuesday morning.

According to the Sheriff’s office, at around 12:50 a.m. Tuesday morning deputies responded to an alarm at the Ammon Kmart and found that someone had forced entry into the store. When deputies entered the store, they found that the pharmacy had been broken into and an unknown amount of prescription drugs had been taken.

Bonneville County Detectives are asking anyone that may have information or were witness to any suspicious activity in the area of Kmart early this morning to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 529-1375 or report anonymously to Crime Stoppers by phone at 522-1983 or online at www.ifcrime.org.
