Rexburg man charged with delivery a controlled substance

A Rexburg man was being held in the Madison County Jail Monday on two felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana. According to Rexburg Police, Arthur Paul Morales, 18, and Briggs Neff, 18, were arrested Thursday on misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance as part of an ongoing drug investigation. On Friday, Morales was charged with the additional felony counts.
