Edwards Theater in Ammon evacuated
The Grand Teton Stadium 14 movie theaters were evacuated because of smoke.
It’s unknown at this time where the smoke is coming from.
Firefighters from Ammon and Idaho Falls can be seen on the roof and inside the building.
Steven Berg, Ammon deputy fire chief, said people could smell smoke in Theater 14. They determined the smell was coming from the projector room. They determined the smell was coming from an HVAC system on the roof, which had frozen up.
Berg said there was never smoke in the theater, but rather just an odd smell.
