Fall and winter programs scheduled at Zoo Idaho

Zoo Idaho is looking ahead to the cooler months of 2017 and 2018.

Zoo Idaho staff recently set the calendar for the zoo’s fall and winter programs with a variety of programs including Fall Education Series, Wild Winter Wildlife and Winter Wonder Zoo Snooz.

“The Fall Education Series will teach children the secrets of the beautiful fall colors and the mysteries of hibernation,” said Rachael Shearouse, Curator of Education. “Meanwhile, our Wild Winter Wildlife will investigate the unique adaptations of animals that call the Intermountain West home.”
