Sixth annual Corn Dayz August 18 in Pocatello

The David Price Agency of Farmers Insurance will host their sixth annual Corn Dayz event on Friday, August 18 from 10 a.m until 6 p.m.

The agency will be giving away free locally grown corn from Grove City Gardens at their office at 485 West Chubbuck Road.

According to the agency, just over 5,000 ears of corn were given out at last year’s event.

“This is one of the ways we show our appreciation for our clients and the community for supporting us each year,” David Price said.

There will be a free lunch, games and a bounce house, one of which is a water slip ‘n slide. There will also be a prize wheel and a raffle for a variety of gift cards for restaurants and stores around Pocatello.
