Traffic after the eclipse takes over the show

As predicted, traffic was the major issue on Monday afternoon and evening for people trying to get back home from the path of totality.

For many people, they told us the traffic delays were worth the headache of being stuck on the highway.

People reported to us that it took them 4 hours to get from Idaho Falls to Pocatello. A trip that normally would take around 50 minutes.

Some traveling to Salt Lake told us it took them over 8 hours from Rexburg, instead of the 4 hours normally.
