Power outage affects around 1,000 Rocky Mountain Power customers

Rocky Mountain power is reporting a car accident caused a power outage for about 1,000 customers Wednesday afternoon.

The outage is in the area around 65th North or Tower road.

There is no time frame yet on when power will be restored.
