C.A.P.E stands for Civics, Access, Partnerships and Early.
Civics is for how she believes civic engagement must be a priority. Access means children deserve equal access to an opportunity. Partnerships are enhancing learning. Early is for early childhood learning and how she believes it strengthens families.
