Chubbuck swears in two new police officers

The city of Chubbuck welcomed some new additions to its staff.

Wednesday night, the city swore in two new police officers.

Officers Jordan Kay and Josh Summers were sworn in by Mayor Kevin England and then had their badges pinned on by family members.

Both officers are local and grew up in Pocatello.

Chief Bill Guiberson said he’s excited to welcome them to the ranks.

This now makes a total of 21 officers on the Chubbuck police force.
