Idaho gas prices more than 35 cents higher than national average

According to GasBuddy, gasoline prices in Idaho have fallen 2.6 cents per gallon in the past week.

That brings the state average to $3.20 per gallon on Sunday.

This compares with the national average that has increased 1.6 cents per gallon bringing the national average to $2.84 per gallon.

Average gasoline prices on September 10 in Idaho have ranged widely over the last five years:

$2.73/g in 2017 $2.45/g in 2016 $2.82/g in 2015 $3.72/g in 2014 $3.76/g in 2013

Including the change locally during the past week, prices Sunday were 47.3 cents per gallon higher than a year ago and are unchanged versus a month ago.
