Rexburg police cite 67-year-oldman for stalking women
Rexburg Police handed a citation to a 67-year-old man Tuesday after two women complained he was following them.
John Berry was cited for misdemeanor stalking in the second degree and released.
According to police, the women said the man made contact with them in a grocery store and waited for them in the parking lot. When the women came out, they said the man followed them around the city in his vehicle.
