MDA fundraisers underway

Idaho Falls firefighters will be volunteering at the intersection of Hitt Road and 17th Street Friday and Saturday.

Firefighters will be on the corner by the College of Eastern Idaho until 4:00 p.m. Friday and back again Saturday.

Their “Fill the Boot” campaign will ask motorists for donations in support of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

The MDA awareness program has been supported by firefighters for more than 60 years.

Pocatello firefighters began their campaign Thursday.
