Suspicious activity leads to 5 arrests
Pocatello Police reported Wednesday five individuals were arrested Monday evening
Detectives observed HK Gregerson at WINCO around 5:40 p.m. and knew he had felony arrest warrants for having violated his probation.
With assistance from Idaho State Probation and Parole, Gregerson and an associate, Salvador Serna, were contacted and both were arrested on outstanding felony warrants.
Gregerson was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine and he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Gregerson’s PO then directed a search of Gregerson’s home, 1109 Wilson #11, Pocatello.
As detectives and officers traveled to Gregerson’s home, Lura Davis was observed in the driveway of a neighboring home.
Davis was known to be on state probation and Idaho State Probation and Parole contacted Davis, and she was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
Davis was arrested on an agents warrant and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Detectives, Officers and Idaho State Probation and Parole contacted the occupants of Gregerson’s home and they refused to come out for several minutes.
Detectives and officers began to negotiate with the occupants and all six people did eventually come out without any further incident. Of the six people, David Walker was arrested on an agents warrant and possession of a controlled substance.
Roger Logsdon was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.
