Four nominated for Madison County judge
After conducting interviews with eight candidates Wednesday, the Idaho Judicial Council has nominated four finalists to replace Judge Greg Moeller in Rexburg. Moeller was sworn in as an Idaho Supreme Court Justice in January.
The nominees include 7th District Magistrate Judges Steven Boyce and Michelle Radford Mallard, Idaho Falls attorney Kipp Manwaring, and Blackfoot attorney Manuel T. Murdoch.
The names will be submitted to Governor Brad Little, who will make a final appointment.
