Duck race gets quacking
The newly created Idaho Falls Motorcycle Police were pressed into service Wednesday to herald the upcoming Great Snake River Duck Race.
The Idaho Falls Rotary will sponsor the 29th anniversary of the fundraiser August 10. Ducks will be sold at the rate of $5 each or 6 for $25.
This year’s Grand Prize will be a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Sahara donated by Idaho Falls Cars and Trucks.
Other prizes include:
First Prize 2019 Polaris 900 RZR Trail donated by Idaho Central Credit Union
$1500 Dining Experience, including $250 gift certificates from six restaurants
Two season golf passes for 2020 from the Idaho Falls Parks and Recreation Department
plus, gift certificates and other prizes.
