Water line repair on S Yellowstone

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - At 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18, the City of Idaho Falls Water Division will begin repairs on a leaking water line at 3140 South Yellowstone Ave, north of its intersection with W Sunnyside Road. 

Motorists should expect minor traffic delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes. During construction, southbound traffic will be reduced to a single lane occupying the center turn lane, while northbound traffic will remain unaffected.  Water service interruption is expected to be limited to a single customer who will be notified prior to any disruption in service.

Barring unforeseen delays, construction is anticipated to be complete prior to Wednesday evening.
