Truck hangs off I-84 overpass near Rupert
RUPERT, Idaho (KIFI) — A semi-truck is hanging off an overpass on I-84 near Rupert.
The accident blocked Idaho Highway 25/77, which goes over the interstate at Exit 216.
ITD advises drivers to avoid the area.
