3 things to know this morning – November 6, 2023
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - Here's what you should know to start your Monday.
1. Election day is tomorrow. If you are not currently registered to vote, you can do so at the polls. If you requested an absentee ballot, they have to be returned to your county election's office or placed in a ballot drop box by 8 p.m. tomorrow. Polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
2. Bonneville County Republicans say that Idaho Falls School District 91 is refusing to allow them to use school buildings to hold 2024 caucuses. The district is saying they've received legal counsel against holding one. On the other hand, Bonneville School District 93 has already approved the schools necessary to hold the county caucuses.
3. The Shoshone-Bannock Fish and Game is asking for help to catch those who illegally killed two bull elk and left them to waste in the Narrows area. Evidence shows both were killed either Thursday night or Friday morning. There is a reward for information that leads to an arrest. If you know anything, call the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes Fish and Game.
