3 things to know this morning – December 8, 2023
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - Here's what you should know to start your Friday.
1. Law enforcement is still searching for Jayden Jensen, who went missing after going into the water while hunting near the McTucker Ponds on Wednesday. Bingham County Marine and Dive patrols spent yesterday searching for Jayden in the Snake River where it dumps into the American Falls Reservoir. The Bingham County Sheriff's Office says the search will resume at first light.
2. Lori Vallow Daybell is pleading not guilty to two charges of conspiracy to commit murder. Lori appeared in an Arizona courtroom yesterday for charges related to the death of her late husband, Charles Vallow and the attempted murder of her niece's ex-husband. Her trial is scheduled for April 4th.
3. According to Idaho and Wyoming 511, the Teton Pass is back open this morning. The pass closed earlier today at 3 a.m. for avalanche control.
