Lori Vallow-Daybell appears in court Tuesday
FREMONT COUNTY, Idaho (KIFI) - Lori Vallow-Daybell made an appearance in court Tuesday morning at the Fremont County Courthouse.

Her lawyers are asking the judge to rule on two motions.
One of Vallow's attorneys, John Thomas, argued he wants to send the determining factors made in the alleged aggravating charges back to the grand jury.
They are contributing to the murder charge and conspiracy charge.
He also asking to split the conspiracy to commit murder and grand theft charges because it could be confusing to a jury.
Vallow-Daybell along with her husband, Chad Daybell, are charged with the deaths of Vallow's kids, JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan, and the murder of Daybell's former wife, Tammy Daybell.
The judge will consider the motions and make a ruling later.
A trial for both Vallow-Daybell and Daybell is schedule to begin in January in Boise.
