JJ Vallow’s body released to his next of kin
FREMONT COUNTY, Idaho (KIFI) - According to a court order out of Fremont County, JJ Vallow's body has been released to his next of kin.
JJ is the late son of Lori Vallow-Daybell who was sentenced to life in prison for her contribution to JJ's murder.
Vallow-Daybell has since been extradited to Arizona.
Chad Daybell is also charged with first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder for the deaths of JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan, and his first wife, Tammy Daybell, along with fraud charges.
His trial is set to begin April 1 in Ada County.
