Horne lifts Tulsa over South Florida 76-45

TULSA, Okla. — Jeriah Horne had 23 points as Tulsa snapped its seven-game losing streak, easily defeating South Florida 76-45. Sam Griffin added 21 points for the Golden Hurricane. Caleb Murphy led the Bulls with 13 points.
