Foster scores 21 to lift Howard over Delaware St. 69-64
DOVER, Del. — Kyle Foster had 21 points as Howard narrowly beat Delaware State 69-64. Myles Carter led the Hornets with 24 points and nine rebounds. It was Delaware State’s 15th consecutive loss.
